The cord runs from my computer to my printer. It doesn’t work on my computer still is not recognizing the printer however when I use another cord it does I got to assume this cord is defective

Descriptions say this is a null cable but the pin-to-pin comparison is not NULL at all. Waste of time!

I needed a cable for a Kantronics TNC. Some cables are hard to tell if they're straight-through or null-modem, but this one was supposed to arrive pretty quickly so I thought I'd give it a shot. It does the trick just fine! TNC communicated just fine... Glad to know there are still simple serial cables out there to do the job.
