Based on the sizing chart, I’d originally purchased one in SM but it was waaaaay too small. I could barely put my hand through it. Returned and got one in MED. perfect!!Nicely made. Decent protection. Comfortable to wear for hours. I hope I won’t need to test its function!I like POC. I’ll buy their knee pads next. Yes, I’ll size up.

Love these pads. I bought them for abrasion protection, but they do offer some impact protection. Obviously wearing them in the heat of the summer is hotter than not wearing pads at all, but they do breathe very well. Been wearing them for a month, riding 40-50mi per week avg, and I've gotten so used to wearing them, they're just another piece of gear I put on before each ride. My motivation for padding up was seeing the aftermath of a riding buddy go down and tear his arm up resulting in 5 internal stitches and 11 external stitches. Some pads would have prevented that doctor visit.Breathability is great. The side opposite the pad is a full sleeve (instead of straps above/below the joint), but the material flexes very nicely and does not bunch up. The only time they slip is when they get really sweaty. And even then the slippage is minor, and only occurs over really rough terrain. The neoprene grippers inside hold well against the skin. Cinch straps help keep in place. Nice range of movement.

I would give this 5 stars if the product description gave a size guideline. My forearm at the elbow measures 10.5" (almost 27cm) and I ordered S (small size) which was very snug, almost tight. I lucked out because after a few rides, the sleves became easier to slip on. Great quality, and in my case, great fit. Comfortable. Now I will not mount my bikes (MTB & road) without them! I wish I bought these years ago, and if you could see my elbows you would know why!

6’0 170lbs size small fits good. Pretty tight which I like. Poc makes great quality gear. These pads are light, excellent for weeknight enduro rides. They’ll save you from scraping up your arm if you wash out the front tire in a turn, but not bulky at all. They can vibrate out of place a bit on extreme jank if you don’t tighten the straps hard.

Mtn biking in the rocky AZ desert is precarious— this was suppose to protect me when I go down off of trails from ripping my elbows open; but I find myself stopping every 15 minutes to re adjust them and try to re-tighten.

Pads are awesome once you find your size. I'm 6'0" and 165 pounds. The sizing chart on the POC website told me I needed a small size kneepad and large size elbow pad. Once the pads arrived I could not even get the small knee pad on and the large elbow pads were too big. I noticed that each pad had a DIFFERENT SIZING CHART attached to the tag than was provided by the POC website. I assume I am a medium in each pad but will have to wait until that size is back in stock to confirm. I will attach pictures of the sizing charts here - I assume the PRODUCT TAGS ARE CORRECT. The picture of the website is just for comparison. This is a great product and it's ridiculous the sizing chart is so hard to find.

Använder dem tillsammans med samma knäskydd. Knäskydden är bra, dessa bara åker ner hela tiden när man kör MTB, Inte att lita på då de åker ner till händerna. Har rätt storlek och drar åt dem så hårt det går, men de hj'lper inte, de hasar ner hela tiden, tråkigt för det priset. Köp andra
