PRO: Side tabs make it easy to mount anywhere with a little creative use of angle brackets. The cap fits snugly. The fuel nipple is built in so you don't have to drill, tap, and seal a new nipple. Very simple. The translucent sides make it easy to see how much fuel you have left.Works well with diesel or gas.It doesn't leak, as long as you address the seam issue all these tanks have.CON: (not a big deal) Like most tanks, this is heat-welded from two halves, so there's a seam. The only places this matters are nipple at the bottom and the capped opening on top. Both have a slight ridge on them, which will cause a leaky connection out of the box. But if you're the kind of person who's installing a mini gas tank somewhere, you're more than capable of removing this bit of soft plastic. For the nipple, carefully trim away the ridge with a razor blade and sand the stem with 400 grit sandpaper to make a perfectly round surface to clamp your fuel line to.For the threaded cap, all you need to worry about is the top surface, which you can easily get flat using the same methods.PRO TIP: This tank is vented so fuel can be replaced by air when it draws down, but the vent is pretty rudimentary: A simple hole in the cap with a little nipple where you can slip a 1/4" fuel line onto it. Which you should do, and have it go up in the air a few inches, ending in a few coils. This will ensure that if you're off-roading over bumps and so forth, the little splashes of fuel just go into the fuel line then drain back down into the tank. If you just use the bare cap, fuel can spill right out, especially if you overturn.WISH: I wish I could've found a slightly larger tank (like 2L) that would fit in my application (under the hood), but this little tank is perfect in every other way.

Smaller than expected but will do the job. Build quality seems good.

I got this as an oil tank for the oil injection on a snowmobile. I wanted something clear so I wouldn't risk running it dry. It was very affordable, seems to be of decent quality, and should work very well for what I got it for.

I used this tank on an old yerf dog my son used to ride and I have now got running for my grandson. The tank is well built and the perfect size for what I needed. I used the tank to hold the 2 stroke oil.

The add said it was 1 liter and it is not, it is about half that. And this tank is for a 2 cycle engine, but it works and it is cheap.

It looks new and clean and i can see the fuel level through the tank . It does not rust or leak . It has mounting holes for 3/16 inch bolts . I drilled bigger for 1/4 inch bolts . I made a U-shaped bracket on my motorized bike . It replaces the metal bike kit tank i had but now with this tank you have no more leaks . It is big enough gas tank for a 20 mile round trip to the store .
