did the job to replace the old crumbling arm rests with poorly made screws. These are sturdy and don't look to crumble anytime soon. Slight bead around between top and bottom half didn't bother me that much.

I used these to replace a pair of armrest pads in a 2000-era HON chair that had already undergone serious modifications to the armrest posts and whose gel-cushioned armrest pads were far beyond further repair. Thus it's unfair to ding these for being difficult to install, since my prior modifications required some unbolting and drilling that otherwise-untouched, compatible chair arms wouldn't need.For general information, the bolt holes in this set are 3-7/8" (about 98mm) apart and take 6x1.0 metric bolts (supplied). These replacement pads are shaped like a shallow trough rather than a flattened dome, and this may become bothersome if you type on a standard keyboard that places your hands close together. Depending on your shoulder-to-shoulder width, these could require your arms to sit crossways over the trough. The padding in these is minimal, though there's some. They are by no means cushy or soft. I'm used to armrest pads with gel like in a bike seat, so these definitely feel firmer and less comfortable.All this said, they do work, and beat using patched and very ugly armrest pads. If your pads are in desperate need of replacement and you just need arm support, these could be your friend. If you want luxurious cushioning in your armrest pads, keep looking.

These are better than the stock arm rests the chair came with, however it would’ve been great to be able to buy just one since only one was busted in the chair.

I liked the material, the 6 screws that came with the product and the format, but they sent 2 "left" sides, then I have to send it back or keep for backup, not good.

Fits fantastically well. It is kind of plastic and little hard for the elbow. But quality is good and first perfectly well.
