My grandson bought it for me for Christmas and I just love it. It is very comfortable and very warm. I like the fact that it doesn't have a color so it doesn't interfere with my scarf. I am one of those that do not like something tied around my neck and this is perfect.

Coat arrived in air removed bag, instant regrets of purchase - stiff and matted appearance. I machined washed using cold/gentle afterwards drying on lowest setting for 5 minutes. Did this twice and no more stiffness/matted. Still not in love with coat, may gift it later.

Well made, comfortable fit, soft, stylish. Bought it for more of a house coat than outside. Black color is nice with the material, not sure how the other colors would look.. 120 lbs, 5'2", bought a small. Very happy with this purchase :)

Seller is deliberately misleading on coat sizing. Ordered 2XL, for woman’s bust size measurement 52.8†(actual chart sizing listed in description), for a smaller bust-line and expected looser fit. This should mean that there should be 6-8†added for coat fitting and wearing ease. This would be acceptable and understood in normal USA sizing for coats, jackets, or other outerwear. The coat received, laid flat and buttoned, measured less than 52â€, less than sizing chart, and with absolutely no ease whatsoever built into the coat! Unacceptable and seller should not be offering Chinese made garments in a USA market. Shame on Amazon for allowing such stupidity and seller for ignorance!
