First time using this box for shipping and it was great. It’s the perfect size for my frozen produce. The frozen produce was still cold when it arrived at my parents. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this cooler for shipping frozen fish as checked in luggage on a flight. It worked very well and was reasonably priced.Packed the cooler with an ice pack and put it inside the box and checked it in.

We were able to fit about 26 pounds of deer meet into each cube along with 4 ice blocks. Convenient cooler along with perishable marked shipping box included made it easy to pack and mail.

I was skeptical about ordering due to the warning of "frequently return" however, the box worked for me and what I needed. However, the reason why I did not give them a full 5 stars is because the 2 day delay in shipping. Which caused me to delay my shipping. So if ordering, order in far advance.

Purchased five of these to be used as shelters for feral cats my sister cares for as part of an area tip & release program. (Feral cats are caught, spayed/neutered, given a rabies shot, have their left ear tip snipped off and returned to their original territory.)The size of these cartons are large enough, without being too large, and with the addition of straw, should keep a feral cat warm and toasty.

Thank you Polar Tech and Amazon for making these insulated shipping boxes available! I have used them at least eight times to ship food across the state to my student. They are expensive to ship when filled, but I have learned a few things about shipping. However, now they are no longer carrying the boxes I have come accustomed to using, and they are not selling two count boxes for one price, but singular boxes for a higher price. Supply and demand is at work here, so I had to order what was available. Please notice the price increases when purchasing these boxes. I find them to be super sturdy, able to arrive in tact each time, and able to keep the food cold when the R-Brix blocks are included.Please bring back the Polar Tech 227C, 15.5"L x 13.75"W x 10.5" H, 2 count. They are well worth it!

Great product for shipping. 3 stars because dimensions listed are for the inside. Shipping companies measure the outside. The description doesn't state these are inside dimensions. As of 12/28/24
