Polaris Pivoting Spare Tire Holder provides secure mounting with a single-handed release lever and Y-Ratchet Strap that enhance the stability of the spare tire during transit and allow for quick release of the tire.

This spare tire kit makes it easy to carry a spare tire on your off-road vehicle without sacrificing cargo space. Just release the dual latches to pivot the carrier up and gain quick access to the cargo box or cooler.
EASY MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING
The strong, durable carrier is designed with a steel rack and steel mounts and can quickly and easily be mounted in less than five minutes to the rear cab frame extension using four fasteners.
SPECIFICATIONS
This Pivoting UTV Spare Tire Mount is capable of holding a maximum tire size of 32 inches and can support up to 75 lbs. of weight. The Pivoting Spare Tire Kit includes one matte black spare tire carrier, one Y-ratchet strap, mounting hardware and installation instructions.

Striker Rod on one of them was not tapped. Could not continue installation with tapping it. The second photo is what it's supposed to look like with both screws on either end of the Striker rod.
