Have not used the pole saw attachment yet, so can't comment on actual use. Unit is mostly plastic, so I doubt this would be something you could depend on for longevity, but for the price/occasional use I would expect you could use it for several seasons of light yard work. Emailed contact from card in package but haven't heard back - will update review after use/replacement of hedge trimmer piece.

Very long pole saw reaches branches 15' in the air! Three sections plus a hedge trimmer make this a great deal. My only wish is that this motor was 40V for more power. The 2ah battery is adequate for a good 45 minutes of cutting small branches out of tall trees. The chain tensioner should also be separated from the main cover bolt for better functionality.

In my area tree trimming service is $75 per tree. I trimmed 5 trees with single battery charge. Used Mobil 1 oil. When using tool on a ladder I do not recommend the shoulder strap as it interferes with balance once the large branch drops and the pole drops a bit. I do not advise the use of a ladder but then you are limited to reach the higher branches. Recommend. Good luck on your tree trimming project.
