I loved the product but as of today it’s no longer working. I would really like to return fir another one. Can you please assist me with this problem? Am I stuck with a broken device? It’s unfair that I can’t get a replacement. I shouldn’t have to buy another one. I’m sure there is something you can do to accommodate me. Please let me know. Thank you.

I keep this next to my bed for the flash light, it fell in the floor one night and completely fell apart, cannot be put back together
