I am really pleased with this product! I was searching for an inexpensive taser that was still good quality and I found it! I recommend this to everyone. It has a safety pin which is a great feature. If the pin isn't connected, the taser doesn't work. If someone did try to take it from your hand and you had the wrist strap wrapped around you, the pin would pop out and render it useless and it wouldn't be used against you. Luckily I haven't had to use it but if I ever do, that person will sorry they messed with me.

This is very easy to carry, feels very comfortable in the hand. I also like the safety features as I was hesitating to purchase something like this. Now, I won’t leave home without it at night. The only thing I wish it had is an indicator for battery strength.

Thank goodness we didn’t have to use it and hope we never do. My husband tried it outside, but not on anybody and thought it would work great. Feel better knowing I have it for my walks.

I bought this to keep on me when I'm jogging, in case a dog came up and attacked me or a coyote a mountain lion or anything else. I love that is small lightweight I can put it in my pocket. And if a bad guy or a bad animal trying to come at me at least I would have something, that would stun them and not kill them. Nothing is worse than when you're jogging with your dog minding your own business, and somebody has an off-leash dog. The dog runs up and I have to worry about my dog trying to protect me. Still don't like it and I hope to never have to use it. But at least I have something now that could temporarily let me get out of the area and not damage anything It would scare the poop out of the offender. Of course if a bear comes running up to me, I'll be running the other way very fast LOL.

I received this item and had high hopes of using it. I fully charged it to use while I would be out and about, if needed. Well I've only had this stun gun for a about a month and now only the flash light works. I would really like to get my money back. Don't buy this item. Fancy flashlight.

Living in the SF Bay Area, commuting has become pure hell, so tempers tend to flare (just too many people here on too few roads). When a road-rage idiot chased my car down, cut me off and started quickly walking towards my car, I simply pulsed this thing a few times out the window. Stopped the guy cold in his tracks, and he promptly retreated.The crackle of a million volts arcing is loud and very effective, and just this noise will probably stop 90% of potential assailants. For the drunken idiots who are hell-bent on assault, I'm hoping and assuming this will drop them like a bag of potatoes.
