Polishing compound works good but is somewhat thin so it will splatter everywhere. I had a mess to clean up first time I used it! I now have made a three sided enclosure to place on my bench when using it. Finish is smooth and very clear!

It seems these two products must be purchased together. Probably because nobody would use the smooth spray otherwise. The polishing compound DID seem to get a shinier finish than I have been able to achieve with other products. As other have said, there are NO instructions, not even on the label and the Stonecoat Q & A website goes unanswered. Why do they even bother having one???The spray seems to do nothing. Is it a cleaner? A polish? A top coat? Who knows? I couldn’t see any effect with ‘spray on and leave’, ‘spray on and wipe off’, or ‘spray on and buff off’. No idea what the preferred method is without documentation. For the many who have difficulty using the sprayer … there is a plastic tab on the spray head that has microscopic words saying lock on one side and unlock on the other. See photo. Press this tab to unlock and use the sprayer. It works fine if you can figure this part out.

I've used other compounds on my Resin projects after wet sanding to 3000 grit, this polish takes it to the next level of finish

This item tells you on the label that you can go to their website and get tips on how to best use. Went there last night and there's no way to get any tips on how to use this product. Unless I'm just computer illiterate I could not find anywhere to get these tips. The product does not shine the epoxy the cleaner leaves marks on it afterwards that says let it dry 5 to 10 minutes and the marks are still on there. So how do you polish the epoxy to a mere finish with this product when it leaves marks all over it when you try to clean it. Would not recommend this product unless I just don't know what the heck I'm doing. I have followed a tutorial on YouTube to get this epoxy to shine and this is not the product to use. Can anybody help me from this company? Cuz there's nothing to click on on your website to find tips on how to use it. I could do better with soapy water cleaning the polish off then the cleaner does.

Used this product once before worked great but this time shipping came in damaged and all contents leaked out of the liquid smooth
