I bought a street glide 2011 and it had the original harman kardon player that wasn t playing any sound. I ve replaced it with BOSS ELITE BEHDIN98. When I ve replaced it I realized that speakers were replaced with some cheap alpine speakers that had junk audio quality. I quickly ordered these speakers and wow they are amazing. Please note that BOSS player has a built in amp (not the best but does the job) and can power 4ohms speakers so the original player might not do such a good job. But this combo is the best if you don t wanna invest thousands in your audio system. No distortion at max volume, fine clarity and a little bass too. Very satisfied. Replaced my factory junk speakers on the outside of my camper. They are really good quality and sound so much better. I’m going to replaced my inside speakers now with these.

I replaced the terrible sounding, cracking Furrion outdoor speakers on my Jayco. The holes were the same so they mounted right up. I used some butyl tape to seal them up. Mine are mounted on the lower skirting so speaker depth and water infiltration were not a concern. They sound great even with the RV’s low power amplifier. You should not crank the speakers at a campground anyway.

I bought these to upgrade the cheap speakers on the outside of my RV and couldn't be happier with them. No, I don't listen to music loudly when camping, but I want it to sound full, crisp, and clean even at low volume levels. These speakers, as with all Polk speakers, deliver. They are a great value for being an outdoor rated speaker and a significant upgrade for any RV!

I swapped out my factory Magnedyne speakers in my 2014 Laredo 5th wheel with these. Oh my god! Granted, anything would have been better than those horrible speakers, but these truly sound fantastic in every way. Planning to put some in my cars soon as well!

Replaced the factory, front speakers on a 2019 Kawasaki Voyager ABS. They were a perfect fit. I just removed the factory grill covers and the 4 screws holding the factory speakers in place. I spliced the new speakers wires to the factory harness and put everything back together in reverse. Total job time: 20 minutes. The sound is MUCH better than the factory speakers in the highs and mids. The lows are a somewhat better than the original and it's pretty decent for a 5.25" speaker. I would suggest you go with a bigger speaker (or a subwoofer) if bass is your goal. Over all, I'm very satisfied. I've ridden 200+ miles since installation. They are plenty loud with a half helment, even in heavy traffic, and I think they'll be ok with a full face.

I have used polk speakers in automotive boat and home situations and have always been more than pleased. these speakers were for my motorcycle they had a better decibel rating and the cone was made of a better material than the factory speakers but at 50 mph I couldn't hear them play and the factory speakers I could hear clear at 65 I was looking for a higher quality of sound and I didn't get that either I'm going to try something else

Put in the rear of my ford falcon wagon. Very very good sound upgrade for the price. Sounds better than The SCA range at this price point.Powered fine by the stock head unit.

I read an article from a car audio reviewer who chose these speakers in a field test against a number of other well known to me car audio manufacturers. I decided to go with the result to replace the four speakers in my 88 Honda Prelude. I decided to go with the original sized speakers, these being 5.25 inch in the two doors and 4 inch Polks in the rear parcel shelf. At the samr time I did add s9me sound deadening on the inside if the door oanels and on the boot floor.The clarity of sound produced by the Polks is simply stunning and I think the best that I have ever experienced. The separation and crossover is amazing. The speakers completely defy their small dimensions. I will have to add a small sub to give the setup some deeper bass, which really is expected and certainly not a criticism as the speakers do provide more bass than expected from speakers of this size, but not quite enough for a fully rounded setup.
