- Polycarbonate is easy to cut and comes with EasyRuler film to make following lines easier.
- Can be cut with a hack saw, circular saw, table saw, CNC router, or tin snips for 1/32" and 1/16" sheets.
Drill with Ease
- Polycarbonate is easy to drill. Use the crossing lines to space out holes with ease.
- Unlike plexiglass or acrylic, polycarbonate can be drilled without cracking or shattering.
Bend with Heat
- Polycarbonate is easy to bend with heat.
- Polycarbonate can be formed into different shapes with just an average hand held heat gun.
- Thin sheets can be cold bent.
Make Circles with Ease
- EasyRuler film makes shapes easy to follow and keeps the surface clean until you are ready to peel.
- Mark the sheet, make the cuts and peel to reveal a protected and pristine surface.

I used it to make license plate covers. Lexan is a little bit difficult to cut, but it will last and stay clear forever!

Using it as a clear ceiling in a miniature room but it droops in the front where there is no support. Not unexpected. Thicker materials would not droop but would have been impossible for me to cut to size. Rated sheerness as two stars due to static electricity which causes a layer of dust (or "particles") to cover the piece. So far I have not been successful in clearing them but will keep trying.

Just what I needed for the front parking lights on my 40 Dodge. Polycarbonate can be cut without is breaking like acrylic.

My husband builds radio controlled planes, and he bought a vintage plane without a windshield. He used this to build one, and it turned out perfect. He said it was just the right malleability and it was easy to work with. He placed a piece of fabric over it, and ironed it on a low setting. It was easy to fold into place.

I used this as a replacement for the glass in a picture frame and you wouldn't even know that it wasn't glass from looking at it.

I’ve been buying this material and making Rv drag racing wings out of it. It works out really good instead of spending $30 for a wing. I’m spending six dollars and I’m just as happy.
