The major issue I experienced is that TLS (secure) would not work properly on this phone. I have no problem setting it up with identical settings on other brands of phones but for some reason it wouldn't work on the Polycom phone.This is a major issue because almost as soon as I got the SIP account registered, I start receiving spam ghost/phantom calls from "100" because of the unencrypted line. This issue is normally solved by setting up a RTP/TLS connection on the phone.I do give it 2 stars because the phone was easy to use and functions well (other than the major security flaw), and was refurbished quite nicely.

If you buy this it’s a great phone and it was fun to pretend with but I thought it was a landline phone not a VOIP PHONE

We had to buy these specific phones for the new Nextivia phone service and we have had problems getting the phone to ring or texting service to work. Currently patients have been getting a busy signal when trying to make an appointment and re aren't on the phone at all. Can I get a refund?

The phone was supposed to come to me reset to factory settings. It was not. After several rounds of correspondence with the seller I ended up contacting a local technician. I was able to get the phone unlocked and usable. In my opinion this was only fair support from the seller, but not great. I will say that they did try to help by sending generic reset information. My opinion is to proceed with caution with this vendor.
