I cut the noodle up and used it for shoulder exercises on the wall. It worked perfectly and helped me restore mobility of my shoulder, among with other exercises.

Noodle was long enough.but it says it was a thick noodle.it was light weight like the kind you get from the dollar store not heavy.still looking.for a deceit one.like the average color.

I have an old car that has the rear fins. I use a car cover on it and the fins keep pushing through tearing the cover. I split this noodles and placed on the fins. They work great for that purpose.

So it is shipped rolled up so it take a while to get it to straighten out

Yes it is a foam noodle and that’s where it ends. They are slow to ship ( by USPS) in a package that requires the noodle to be folded requiring significant effort to straighten , impossible I might add. I got two of these noodles with the same problems. There is no way I could recommend them, as a result their usability is severely limited. Bottom line is they suck

I used a pool noodle to create a wreath or large candle ring. I had to do quite a bit of cutting and tie wrapping, but it was the perfect thickness for my project.
