I like that they work well. I do not like that the strips inside the plastic container are wrapped in protective foil, but then that probably keeps them dry and more accurate.

Our guy that opens the pool recommended a 7 square strip...sold us a bottle...very confusing. The company that built the pool recommended a 5 square strip...still confusing and hard to understand. This 3 square strip is simple and easy, easy to line up, and works fantastic for our salt pool. All we really need to know is the PH - the pump sort of does the rest with the chlorine generator that's on the system.I hope they keep making these 3 square strips. Works great for the hot tub too.

I have been using test strips in my spa for over 20 years. Most products tend to do the job so I look for the best price. These strips were the lowest price on Amazon so I ordered them. They failed for two reasons: packaging and performance. First, packaging. The container of 50 strips were tightly packaged in groups of 10 in a foil-type pouch that was difficult to open. Never experienced this type of packaging before. Not convenient. Secondly, performance. I inserted a strip in my spa. All three categories of test resulted in a murky yellow/green result on the strip. I inserted one of my older strips and obtained clear results. Maybe I just got a bad batch. The box is labeled "Made in China" with the company name Ainkter. Needless to say, I will be returning these strips and going back to a trusted brand.
