Love this ladder! I should had one a long time ago. As a senior it was the best thing ever for our above ground pool. To keep it from floating I use work-out weights on each side and zip-tied it to the sides of the handles. Worked out great!

The steps work great, but the zip ties that hold the 2 floor pieces keep breaking. Then the 2 bottom floor pieces float up. We need heavy duty ties I guess. I've been using 250lb limit ties.

We bought these for an above ground pool and they work perfect. I'm so glad to have bigger steps to climb in and out of the pool as our deck is raised above the railings. We put sand down in the railings therefore we did not need sandbags. We also bought a large floor mat and the steps fit perfect on it.

I do not recommend buying these steps. I am very disappointed. The railings move back-and-forth, and the steps float despite being weighted down. And the grooves in the steps collect dirt.
