Bought the stapler in March 2022. Use multiple times daily for the past three years. Unfortunately, it failed to function anymore; however, upon contacting the seller to inquire about lifetime warranty on this product, they promptly responded and sent a replacement. This speaks volumes about the quality of the product. I would highly recommend this product to any business owners or for general personal use.

I absolutely love this stapler. I go through about 2 reloads a week while at work so that's a lot of staples and it has never once got jammed! It's easy to load and is quiet while using. I highly recommend this product!

**May 2017 Update** I started having issues with the stapler tray not loading correctly. The machine worked just fine but the loading tray would not latch into place correctly. I sent them a picture and a description of what was happening. They responded the next day and said they'd send me an expedited replacement. I received the stapler two days later and am back in business. While the stapler had a little hiccup working, their customer service is A+. I would definitely buy this stapler again based on their customer serviceI purchased this stapler in June of 2016. I staple on avg about ~2200 things a week (usually 3-4 page thick paper pamphlets to brown lunch bag type material) and this stapler has worked perfectly. It is very fast and quiet. It uses standard staples and has only "jammed" when I tried to staples through a 20 page document. It is very light weight and easy to pick up and maneuver when stapling at different angles. I'm very happy with the purchase.I don't normally write reviews but I had messaged the company when my stapler started having a few issues. My power cord was faulty and sometimes the stapler wouldn't receive power, i'd have to wiggle the cord around or unplug the back and plug it back in. I reached out to the company and they responded the next day that they'd be happy to send me a brand new replacement stapler! I was just expecting them to maybe ship a replacement cord or something but I received my new stapler less than a week after contacting them.The stapler works great and they have awesome customer service

I work at a 24hrs pharmacy and we use staplers every day around the clock so I bought 2 for my work. I love how they don’t make a crazy loud sound like some other staplers do. They work well and I love the adjustable depth. I also really love the white color. The staplers are small enough to not take up too much space but big enough to not feel flimsy. After around 1 month, I’m not sure what happened but both staplers broke. They just started stapling by themselves and just kept going non-stop. So I had to unplug both of them. I emailed customer service on Friday and got a very speedy response within 24hrs. Seth immediately mailed me 2 other staplers and told me to just recycle the 2 broken ones. They even did a Sunday delivery and I got it within 1 day!!! I got it and now my work got 2 up and running staplers again. I’m extremely impressed and satisfied with the customer service I received from the company. I will for sure recommend this staplers to anyone who have to staple stuff every day, buy this as gift, or purchase as decoration since it would looks so great in your home office, etc.

This is a beautiful stapler. It work very well. Absolutely love it except the stapler are very round in the back . I returned and bought a Japanese flat stapler type. I find these staples type grip together as it protrude so much on the back side and take about 25% more of filing space. Please make a flat stapler type. I will buy it for sure as you have the best electric stapler and a wonderful price.

I believe that someone should not give reviews until they have actually used the product for at least 4-6 Months to get good use out of it to see how it really preforms. Then you are able to give an honest review.I have used this stapler for 4 months and I use is extensively as I am a accountant and I go through a entire line of staples a week. That is a lot of staples.This Stapler has and is giving me a performance of a lifetime.NO JAMS, NO PROBLEMS at all. I use it on batteries and in that 4 month time I have only changed them once so far and this stapler gets continuous use.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. reasonably Priced and durable.

I have been using the EX-25 stapler for almost a year and a half. During that time, it served me flawlessly and seamlessly (not even one staple gone wrong). One day the stapler started "misbehaving".A quick email exchange with EcoElectronix led to them sending me a replacement stapler (I live outside the US) with no hesitation and with an email I very much valued asking me just recycle to older one in the name of sustainability (done...). unfortunately, the shipment got stuck in some international distribution center and one email later (after I have asked for their assistance), they sent a second one which has arrived. Since the shipping services work in mysterious ways, a week later, the "lost" stapler has also arrived - guess what, the customer support told me I could keep it as long as I promise to enjoy it..Throughout the entire interaction, it was evident that this is "not just another product" for them and that they really care about the quality and user satisfaction to an extent that they own even problems that are not under their control (the shipment).To me this is a rare level of service which aligns with the quality of the products they make.

I've had this stapler now for about 8 months and use it on a regular basis stapling from just two sheets of paper through to about 28 and so far, touch wood, it has been completely trouble free. no jammed staples, no problems with staples not going through all of the paper, no sharp half closed staples - perfect staplying every time. I am very happy with this product and whilst it seems expensive for a stapler, I think it is worth the money given that every hand held stapler I have ever used always jams or fails to get through more than a couple of sheets of paper and regularly only half closes the staple and always results in time wasted trying to prise out staples that are stuck using a letter knife and making multiple holes in a document and still failing to get the staple through. Excellent product.

After much research I decided to try this electric stapler. It has been absolutely excellent, and the company are extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. Super fast shipping too. Very pleased with this product, it handles all our paperwork at our clinic very well and is a pleasure to use. Thoroughly recommend!!!
