This was actually a gift for my dad, which he really liked. He wanted something that resemble a boom box, but where he can easily carry around. It was easy to set up, and charges fast. It's a reasonable size where he can take it anywhere, not too heavy and the right amount of light. Even though it's small, it is really powerful. The speaker sound is great, and so is the base. Overall I rate it a 4.5 but since you can't I just rounded up.

This speaker is of amazing quality, sound is great, clear, bassy (when turned up) and totally a steal for the price. I'm generally skeptical about electronics that are too reasonably priced fearing there will be some technical flaws to be expected. I've had this thing for 2 days and I already miss it if it isn't paired with me entertainment devices while I'm hanging out. It's that good. Highly recommend.

This is not one of the recent AI written reviews on here.First off, this speaker impressed me with the quality of sound it produced. I wouldn't compare it to Bose or JBL but it's as close as one can get for the price. The ability it has to auto pair with a similar device to further enhance the stereo effect and increasing that subwoofer feel was something I really enjoyed about this. Perfect for parties or camping/beach settings.This thing for its size can get very loud, especially when paired with an additional portable speaker. I tested this out and got rattling windows in my home. Very powerful.The minor and trivial annoyances for me are the icon designs used for their buttons. I was trying to figure out the settings button only to realize that was a Bluetooth indicator that really doesn't serve any purpose as a button since pressing it does absolutely nothing on both my devices.Speaking of settings, while this is a powerful speaker, it lacks a lit of mid to highs in terms of sound clarity. It's not muddy but just not very clear and sometimes weak depending on what you're listening to. That said however, this wouldn't be an issue for listening to most modern music.Another annoyance is the USB connection for charging other devices. Understanding that this is not intended as a powerbank, this feature for emergency charging as the flyer states is weak at best even when a dead phone remains powered off while charging. I tested using my two yier speakers and after an hour i was able to get roughly 5% battery. The USB port will not provide any power whatsoever unless you turn the device on. This wouldn't be a problem but the device will then auto shutdown after a few minutes of not receiving audio signal. I tested this out with several devices and was able to register a very small draw of power, enough to tell a device that a charge exists but the voltage is so low that it won't charge if the device screen is on and using said power.A redesign to enable it to act as a powerbank would help.So long story short, great bass, good stereo effect especially when paired with another similar speaker, very decent battery life. Will most definitely fill up a room with sound. Bad power supply for emergencie.. in fact don't even bother trying to use it as such. Unless it truly is an emergency and your device needing the boost is turned off.Ignoring lackluster powerbank use, this is a great portable speaker that is very comparable to some higher end brand name items out on the market.

É Claro que não é um JBL mas dá pra fazer uma festinha. Sem muito conhecimento de causa, reservadamente, me arrisco a dizer que ele não tem essa potência que a descrição do aparelho diz ter . Ao ouvir som de outro aparelho com potência similar, concluo que a potência indicada do Year é bem menor. Mas nem por isso vou devolver.
