I used this to check the start capacitor on my shallow well pump motor. It works pretty good.

Manual was Chinese translation combined with gibberish from printer errors… no battery included, worked for five minutes and then stopped working ( displayed nonsense numbers…) I tested it on a new capacitor and it worked fine, later just displayed random display elements… very cheap construction. Save your money and get a Fluke117 meter instead…
