Great eyewash station for an eyelash spa or anywhere you actually work with chemicals or hazards. Medical safe. Easy to use and fill and sizes perfect. I installed over sink area in bathroom. Great and bright to be seen in emergency. Value is great compared to other prices. Functionality is perfect.

Its a nice full size like you would see in labs or workplaces. Bought for garage after an incident... does not come with saline though. Bottles arrive empty.

I must have missed the part where the bottles of eye wash come empty. The actual eye wash solution needs to be purchased separately. I have purchased eye wash from Grainer & never had to buy eye wash solution separately.

The item was damaged on arrival, but we needed to get it up for compliance for OSHA. I have no complaints, but I have not used it. I just hung it up

The glue that attached the mirror failed, so it arrived broken. Saline solution has to be purchased separately, these are just the bottles.

Probably still works okay if you have to but lacks any sort of gasket or seal around the eye so won't flush well and will hurt more to push against your eye socket. Not a great thing to have to do if you are also dealing with chemicals in your eye.
