My friend suggested this to me and I'm glad she did. It works great so far and released my shoulder and neck pain. This will be used immediately after my physical therapy. The only negative is they never stated to build inside cover assembly was moderate considering no complete instructions but parts were labeled. Good value for the money.

I grew up with a sauna in my parents' home. It was a proper cedar sauna with infrared heat and the ability to run either humid or dry. As an adult, I've owned several standalone saunas. While they have all worked exceptionally well, they take up considerably more space than I have available in my current home. Enter this product. Admittedly, this product didn't appear to be designed me as a 6'5" man. I knew undoubtedly I'd look goofy using it, but that wasn't the main concern. Would I even fit at all?The box came neatly organized and reasonably simple to build. The reviews which mentioned building the frame only once covered didn't match the instructions, so I followed the instructions to a t. I uploaded a few pictures of some of the different parts. You'll note that one of the brackets has a U-shaped opening. That bracket holds the mid-height crossbar that you click in once you're inside the sauna. Zip up the cover, and you're ready to go!The sauna tkaes about 7-8 minutes to fill up with enough steam that you begin to sweat. The instructions suggest starting with 10-20 minutes of time until you're more seasoned and used to the process. I opted for 15 minutes my first time, which wasn't really enough. It was enough to work up a decent sweat, but it didn't feel like I'd raised my core temperature appreciably. The second time, I stayed in for the full recommended 20 minutes and was ready to get out when the timer went off. This felt more like a traditional sauna experience. All from a package that packs small enough that I can put it on the top shelf of my closet.I highly recommend this sauna for folks like me who want a sauna but don't have space for a more traditional box/closet style sauna.

Great little sauna! Assembly was a tricky at first, but goes quickly once you get the hang of it. Probably a bit awkward for people who are tall, but as a 5'7' guy, it was perfect for me. Great for post-gym or therapy relief.

I don’t recommend this infrared sauna at all. The first unit I am returning as it starts to heat up with all panels and then immediately cut back to one small panel and the foot mat only. I thought this has to be defective as I could understand if the thing was too hot. It wasn’t and I wasn’t even sweating. I just got a replacement unit and same thing again! I’m sitting in it now with no heat. Total junk that doesn’t work. Don’t buy it! It doesn’t work at all!

This does not get hot like a steam sauna should and is pointless to use. Max temp I could get it up to was 90 degrees. That low temperature does nothing for the body. And it was awkward sitting in it with my head sticking out.

The product does do its job, but the set up instructions were not clear and the size of the sauna is too small. It takes forever to heat up and the water always overflows even if not filed to the top.
