I've had a few at home saunas and I like this one the best! The red light function is a really nice addon while using the sauna. It's plenty big enough for me to fit in (I'm 6'2" 220lbs) but small enough to fit in a corner in my workout room. It gets to temperature quickly and it's super easy to use. It only took me about 10 minutes to put it together the first time and it's easy to take apart for storage. For The cost this is a great at home sauna option with red light capabilities. The chair and material work fine and are comfortable for a sauna chair. The zipper and tent material are well made and looks very durable.

The steamer worked for the first two weeks of use very well. It was consistent and easy to operate. Starting in the third week the steamer wouldn’t stay hot long enough to generate the heat necessary to heat the sauna. It will fire up for about 10 seconds every minute. The sauna is barely over 100 degrees after 30 minutes of being on. I tried to get some customer support on this and was unable to get any help.

I am really impressed with this sauna tent. First off, setup was very straightforward for building the tent, attaching the red light, standing the chair, and getting the steamer working. The instructions are pretty clear and have good photos to show and explain everything.The design and materials are also very good and it seems the company has thought of all the little details nicely. for example there is a hanger inside the tent, a pocket for small items, and a velcro seal hole to run the light wire through.Overall I am really impressed with this sauna and so glad to have one. Now i dont have to leave my home anymore to enjoy a sauna/ steamroom and we have done it on an amazing budget! Very calming and great after a workout, and I highly recommend this sauna.

I've only had this a few days so might need to update this review. For now I am very pleased and have used this every evening.PROS - Super quick and easy to put together. Complaints of tent being tight and hard to put on were not a problem for me, but I did use a rubber mallet to ensure tight fit on the skeleton so I'd recommend that. Super easy directions, and even without them you could figure it out. Heats up in a jiffy, less than five minutes to a full heated steam. Roomy enough for me - I'm 5-7, and I found the chair included to be a good size and comfy once I draped it with a towel. Steam timer works fine. I did place the steamer head on a small metal sheet pan as recommended by one firefighter reviewer as it gets quite hot. I like redlight function - selected this one based on that and inexpensive price point - though who knows if it really does anything.CONS - The temp setting on my unit doesn't work, but I wasn't too concerned as others noted they could tell any difference between any of the temp settings. The unit is BIG. I was surprised by how much space it took up in my bathroom area. I have a historic home with original refinished hardwoods throughout, so I only had two small tiled areas upon which it could be placed (or the basement but that seemed pretty dreary).

This steam sauna has been such a great addition to my home! It’s super easy and fast to set up, heats up quickly, and provides steady, soothing steam. The fact that it’s lightweight and portable is a huge bonus... I can easily move it from room to room without any trouble.I did run into a small issue at first, but their customer service was fantastic. They responded quickly and helped me sort everything out. It’s nice to know they really care about their customers, which makes me even more confident that if I'll ever run into any other issues, they'll be there to help resolve them.If you’re looking for an easy and relaxing way to enjoy a steam sauna at home, I can’t recommend this one enough!

What good does it do if it works well when it works? Yes, it works fine, when it works. The problem is just like the other reviews This garbage just breaks. The steamer gives an error code and ends up not working. I thought I would give it a try because of the good reviews and ignored the bad reviews. Well guess what happened? It broke so don’t waste your money on this garbage. Amazon should ban products like this.

The product works fine. The outer shell could be a little more durable. The steaming unit inside the shell needs to mounted some how, I burnt my foot on it the very first I used the steam room and almost knocked the entire steam room over.

This sauna machine is so relaxing and so comfortable to use, it calms you down and also is very easy to use, not very big, heat level is great, and good for the price

Unit was working great for about 2 weeks and then the steam generator just stopped working and won't turn back on. Judging by what I see in the comments I won't get a replacement either. Thanks Amazon???
