I 5-Starred you for the rapid service. However, this unit has no battery, but works if a DC source is available and connected for use. I really don't give a star rating for this item, bcuz it is nothing like a 4Patriots generator that is equipped with a battery.

Newest Update: October 2024: The new one the company sent struggled to charge with a solar panel and I ultimately had similar problems as the 1st one did. I recommend going with a brand name power pack like Westinghouse. My oldest power pack is a Westinghouse and it has not had any issues all these years (and it is the one I use the most because it is so very dependable.*** Fyi - with the first one, I had to ship it back to them or I would be charged for the replacement they sent. That cost almost $20.Previous Reviews:Replacement device working well. This company's customer service is incredible!Original review: It's been 4 months and this unit is now not functioning properly. Beyond difficulties with charging and starting the battery, today when I press the 'AC' button, it controls the flashlight. Meanwhile, the flashlight button options control nothing.*** Update - customer service replied quickly to my email, and they sent me a new battery pack after providing video footage of the problems I was having. Looking to see how new one works.*** Newest Update - the company reached out to check in on the replacement they sent me (the replacement has been working well). Their customer service is spectacular! No glitches in the new battery pack like what the first one had. Additionally, during a power outage, this device powered my modem during the outage allowing me to get work done while power crews fixed our area's outage.

I have this to use initially as a temporary backup for my internet and wireless router. The 2 devices consume about 50 watts ac to convert to dc power. This means that according to the wph calculation, I would expect to get about 2.5 hours. This is far superior than a lead based ups. However, since these devices are converted into 12v dc, I decided to use the 12v dc outputs only. By doing this, i believe that the base number changes to about 400wh with little loss since the inverter is not used. I used that theory and calculated a 25w router at 12 volts would run for about 16 hours (about 17 hours in my case). So i got 400×.99/24w=16.5 hours for my router. Adding the 12v ISP box reduces the time to approximately 8-9 hours. 400x.99/49w=8.1hours (i had achieved just above 9 hours). I would expect this as this is 2x the load. I've had it for about a week in this pseudo ups mode without this going below 99% when plugged in. I have a lan line that is 5 volts, that will drop this down to about 6.5 hours, but will need to test that out. A 12v dc splitter and a 5v USB to 5v dc will be needed. Insure that you are checking the voltage of your device or you will cause an electrical overload and fry what you are connecting, potentially causing a fire. Do so at your own risk. I do not know how this will affect the life cycle of the device. It claims about 100 cycles from discharge to 30%. A typical 400w lead based ups may last 5-10 years, with decreased efficiency after 3 years. I'll see how it will perform 6 months from now on a continuous charge to see if my numbers remains the same.Your results may vary depending upon the amperage your device needs, but I assumed 2 ampsx12v=24w per device (using quoted outputs numbers stamped on the power supply). My phone will probably be around 12watts.

I bought this power bank for charging my electronic devices on my couch at home. The one plug available is behind the couch, a pain in the neck to use. This power bank makes it much easier to keep my devices going! It’s the perfect size for my needs, has enough outlets and ports and works wonderful. I’ve been using it regularly and the battery indicator hasn’t moved from full. The on board light is handy and can be very bright, which is a good thing. I also think the handle is a great idea, for easy carrying/transporting. The orange and gray colors makes it look like a Jackery. Lol I might bring this on trips with me, to use in a hotel room, so I’m not stuck charging my electronics next to the bathroom sink. My one complaint is that it’s very hard to figure out how to use at first. The manual is horrible and the AC/DC buttons on top are confusing. Also charging it up is perplexing. There’s no dedicated charging port in the back, or on the side. I figured this all out, thankfully. But once figuring out how it works is out of the way, it is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Whenever I am camping, I always have to bring a lot of rechargeable batteries (I have 4 at home), now with this Power Station, I don't need to bring rechargeable batteries, and it can be used with AC or DC appliances below 120w, and it can support USB-A, USB-C, DC/AC outputs, and it can be charged by USB-C or solar charging panel. It is also equipped with multiple protection measures, short circuit, over current, over voltage, overload, overheating and so on. It is small and does not take up much space, it has 26400 mAh superior lithium-ion battery, a small power station designed for outdoor activities.
