We were looking for a solution for our projector that would work in different situations. We like to watch sports and movies on our patio sometimes but we also like to take our projector on vacation for movie nights in a rental property. Almost all of the screens available are for one use or the other but not both. I happened to find this screen and after reading the reviews, I decided to try it out as it was on a flash sale. So far, I am glad I did but with a couple of points of concern. First, the screen material is thick, unlike most outdoor screens which are made of thin material (more on that below). It is much more like a good indoor screen material, and it is rolled in its own tube, with all the other parts separate in the sling pack so it cannot be scratched or gouged by them. Once it is unrolled, it is completely wrinkle and wave free and really seems of high quality. Also, the spider-like legs that crisscross the back, feature some spring tension which holds the screen even and flat. What I really like about that is that assembly is pretty much a one-person affair. The stand seems sturdy enough and adjusting it up or down is a breeze. I bought the 1.2 gain white screen in the 80" size and find it to put out a good picture, although so far, I have only set it up inside where light was pretty controlled. I find screens for this projector (1500 ANSI lumens) all have tradeoffs between wash out in higher gains from ambient light to dimness at lower gains. Right now, I think the white is the best overall for my use case, but your mileage may vary. Also, I would point out that mine did come with the wall mount bracket, which the literature says is optional, and based on how it works, it would easily make this screen perfect for use in a permanent install inside, although the screen itself does have four grommets in the corners that would also allow you to mount it flat to the wall. This brings me to (potential) downsides as far as I can see to this point, having only set it up once. First, although the stand comes with stakes to hold it down in the ground, this heavy-duty screen material, because it does not let any air through like most outdoor screens, would probably be a giant sail in any measurable wind at all and the tension rods on the back are definitely not equally heavy duty, which could lead to problems outside. Right now, I am leaning towards hanging it on the wall beside our patio instead of using the stand and as stated above, it can be hung without the tension rods if preferred. As far as using inside, I really think this is what the product would excel at. In an apartment or vacation rental it can be mounted on a wall or set up on the stand and should make for a great experience watching movies and playing video games. Overall, this is a great product with a much-higher-than-expected screen material. For the right use case, it is a great buy.

Great build quality, easy to assemble. It takes 2 person to install the screen to the stand. It has a few wrinkles due to been rolled up.Good for portable use ,not permanent use.

The good is that the 1.2 gain of the screen makes projectors that lack an overabundance of lumen output more than adequate. We use our screen with an older LG PF-1500W projector with an LED light engine. It puts out around 1000 Lumens on high and that is almost to much with the 1.2 gain of this screen in a dark environment. The screen seems to be made of fairly good stock. I like that both sides of the screen are reinforced with a rigid strip around 25mm wide that is bonded for the length. These strips carry the holes for mounting, making the basic screen virtually indestructible as far as the holes are concerned. As others have pointed out, if you're not careful when rolling and installing, you can put a crease in the screen. It might or might not be removable depending on the severity. Some cry about removing the screen from the included tube due to the internal lip on the tube. Simply reach in and grab the inner end and twist it to tighten the rolled screen while pulling it out, no issue at all! The mounting frame is adequate and seems to tension the screen well enough for indoor use. Most would consider me extremely capable and even I could not easily assemble this by myself. You, like me, will most likely need a second pair of hands to set the screen to the support/ tension frame without damaging the screen or having it drop off of the support arm tensioners. The tripod is just fine but by no means is it a robust affair so be preparedto handle it with care. They also include a wall mount plate that can be installed so the screen can be permanently mounted and used sans the tripod. If you think you are gonna use this outside, think again! That is for sure not going to happen unless it is a dead calm day or night. Maybe not even then, this is a sail and even walking past may result in it moving.I don't think this is a robust affair by any means and will likely break if abused but it's more than adequate for home viewing. If setup and taken down with care I expect that it will deliver years of trouble free service. A Stewart screen and mounting system this is not. Then again it is also about one fiftith the price of a bare Stewart screen alone. Happy with the quality and no issues with the material quality at this price point. I am kinda OCD about such things.

Screen is excellent quality. A little difficult to set up as 1 person but doable. Very easy when you have a second person to help hold the screen.

Easy setup and works great. Movie nights are now a breeze. Wind will shake the screen.

I like how the poles keep it stretched out, no wrinkles ever... I don't need the stand as it is hung, but I tried it for fun, and works exactly as supposed to. The screen is as good as they get... I also like how portable it is with the case.

Excellent product quality. Great packaging and very easy to install and take apart.Be sure of the size though. 100 inches is quite big. Was too big for my room.
