This is a solid portable sauna! I was looking for a way to use a sauna at home on my off days from the gym and this is the perfect solution. Gets very hot and stayed over 100 degrees for the entire session , I was quite surprised by it. A must have for recovery and conditioning days, highly recommend!

Even after an entire hour, the internal temp of the “sauna†never got over 100 degrees. Simply not an effective product. Would not recommend.

Love this product!! It was very simple to put together took less than 5 minutes. It was easy to use with detailed instruction that made it clear. I have been using it for a few days now and noticed a difference in my skin feeling a little more clearer. It also heats up very fast and gets very steamy. Now I don’t have to go to the gym saunas anymore when I can use this at home. Definitely worth it!!

This is a very good product for health. It rejuvenate the body. But it is small. And not good for a big person,fat person, or a person taller than 5 ft. 10 inches.

I tried out this in-home sauna and it heated up quickly and did the job. The best part was being able to watch tv in the comfort of my living room at the same time.

This Sauna is simply amazing. I always thought these home saunas would be underpowered and a hassle to use but it's very much the opposite. Setup is extremely easy and the mat that goes on the bottom protects from water leaks meaning you can set it up in your home anywhere( I would be careful if you have expensive hardwood, however I used it on my faux hardwood and there was very minimal water leaks so it was totally fine)The machine it comes with is quite powerful, as someone who uses the steam room a lot, this little thing surprised me with how strong it was. For people with experience I recommend using the maximum setting to get a good sweat. You can also add essential oils directly to the water boiler and that takes the experience to a whole new level.The cleanup is also extremely easy and this thing packs up into a super thin shape. I took it with me on my trips and it was so amazing to have a steam sauna at a lakeside cottage.
