I like, but it feels kind of flimsy when I hold it at an angle. If I palm it straight up and down it works great

Slider arm would not stay locked in. Cleaning pad would not lock into the backer holder. It kept popping out. Without the device locking into place when open, it was impossible to clean anything. Cleaning pad’s life span was one use. This is truly a piece of garbage purchase.

I bought this after seeing it promoted by someone on IG. It is not effective for cleaning windows (the main reason that I bought it). I tried several times to see if there was a learning curve but it never did a good job. Save your money. I should have returned it.

This seemed like a great product, but it's not worth it. It's relatively cheap and not easy to use. It leaves streaks and doesn't stay open.

I bought this as a tool to simply use to wipe up any water left in the grout after using a squeegee on the shower tile. First off the sponge is like a rock and it doesn't stay on the handle. So I tried cleaning glass with it, doesn't do anything you can't do with a paper towel and a paper towel is way less work than this. I tossed the whole thing away.

it looks nice but not worth it. I believe with hot water and cleaning cloth we can do better job.
