This just might be the best thing I have ever purchased!!! It warms up quick and has a timer that cuts it off automatically!!! Easy to set up and use. Does not take up a lot of space!!

First of all the sauna worked great! Heats up within 10 minutes and stayed hot for the 25 minutes I was in it. The two issues are that the hose that attaches the steamer to the tent isn't long enough to use the remote since its IR and you cant see the head unit. So either a small window needs to be on the side or a longer connection hose. The plug for the steam pot is also not very long so be prepared to use an appliance extension cord. The chair works but as others have noted you will need to sit on a towel on it since the steamer head is directly under you. I started at the highest temp (15) and turned it down to (10) after about 10 minutes and that was ideal. 15 was pretty hot under my seat. Again works well for $84 so not I am disappointed with the purchase.

The set up was super easy. 10 mins and it was ready to go. No extra tools nor man power was needed.It sits perfectly in the corner of my guest bedroom.Its small, but fits me.(5'7 199lbs) At 53 and menopausal, its a great addition to my health and wellness journey.10-15 mins daily has help to lower my blood pressure, reduce stress, and inflammation.I changed the chair that came with it to a standard outdoor folding chair and placed a towel in the seat due to the steam thingy being placed directly under the seat area.Other than that I have no issues. I have been using it for about 5 months and I absolutely love it.

Would have been easier to set up with another set of hands. The seat is way to small for a large guy...like me. Do I bought a regular size chair. Once set up, the steam outlet position as recommended towards the front corner was way to close to my leg and was very uncomfortable. So, I placed it under my seat. Works a little better. Overall, I'm looking forward to more use of my sauna.
