This in-home sauna works fantastic and heats up in under ten minutes with the use of steam. Keep in mind there is no red light or heat production within the sauna. It was easy to put together, true to size, and somewhat easy to take apart and move.I would say if you plan on using this in your home, make sure you build it in the room it should be in. The steamer is fantastic value, and with many uses I still haven’t had any issues.

This is my first steam sauna, and I'm pleasantly surprised. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. But..* The instructions were ridiculous, and clearly weren't written by native English-speaking people. They were riddled with grammatical errors and typos.* The chair is ridiculous and is child size. It's maybe 14" wide and the seat 14" off the ground. I am using my own camp chair.* You basically construct a 4-sided base frame, then add 2 straight pieces on each corner, then add another 4-sided frame at the top.* The cover is surpringly thick and quilted and fits over your constructed frame.* I included photos of how the water tank and inside steam piece work. The connector seems a bit flimsy so I hope it stands the test of time.* I was confused it the felt carpet piece was to be used in the sauna or just a part of the packaging?* You need to fill the water tank to at least the 2-3 line. Any lower and it doesn't produce steam.* I find I need to run it on highest power 9 for a minimum 10-15 minutes before getting in.* I turn it down to about power level 3 or 4 and it's still very steamy.* After cooling down, you'll want to empty the water tank and wipe out, otherwise it gets scummy.* The clear plastic window is nice to let in light.

Very impressed with the price and the results. Used this this evening after package arrived. Very powerful for such a small package. Within 5 minutes of entering I had a perfect sweat going.

Heats up in about ten minutes. Make sure there aren't any kinks in the hose and empty the condensation cup in the white thing inside the sauna.I wish it was a tiny bit bigger or something because the steamer that sits on the floor of the sauna is so hot that you'll burn your ankles if you're not careful.It works great and we really like it.

Let me preface this by saying I’ve always been intrigued by the idea of a sauna but never had the space or budget for a traditional one. So, when I stumbled upon this portable steam sauna, I was understandably excited. I have a stressful job and often find myself aching after intense workouts, so I was hoping this would be the perfect solution for relaxation and muscle recovery.Assembly was a breeze. Seriously, it took me less than 10 minutes to set it up. The instructions were clear, and the UPVC bracket design made it easy to snap the frame together. I was impressed by the 4-layer design; it felt sturdy and substantial. I could actually feel the difference in temperature inside once I turned on the steamer.My first sauna session was blissful. It took about 8 minutes to reach a comfortable temperature, and the steam felt wonderfully invigorating. I used the included timer so I wouldn't overheat, and I appreciated the dual zipper and detachable window for ventilation. I emerged feeling refreshed and relaxed, with all my muscle soreness gone. Since then, it's become a regular part of my post-workout routine, and I even convince my partner to join me sometimes. It's a great way to unwind at the end of the day and honestly, it's a lot more luxurious than I expected from a portable sauna.There are a few minor things that could be improved. For one, the foldable chair is okay, but it's not the most comfortable seating option. I might invest in a separate cushion for it. And while I enjoy the digital display, sometimes I wish it was clearer or maybe a bit larger. But these are really minor quibbles. Overall, I'm beyond happy with this purchase. It delivers on its promise of a relaxing and rejuvenating sauna experience, all within the comfort of my own home. If you're considering a portable sauna, I highly recommend this one!

I had my gym membership for years and each month I'm paying $210 for all three of us, but actually I spent my most of the time in steam sauna every time, and if it's in winter, I'm so lazy to go to gym, so my husband crabbed this steam sauna for me to use at home and I couldn't be happier. It is simply to set it up and heats up really quick and provides a solid sweat session, there's no difference than the steam sauna in gym. Compact size is perfect to fit in my bathroom. Give me relaxing, spa like experience at home.
