The 3M brand is all it takes to ensure quality and consistency in self-adhesive notes.I've tried using notes over the years in a dozen different colors, but the standard 3M pale canary yellow color is by far my favorite.Brighter colored notes are often are harder to read once marked up. The contrast between a typical black or blue ink and the 3M yellow note is what I like the most.I'll pay a bit more for the original "Post-It" notes.

Have used these Post-It Notes for years for many types of uses while in government and other industries, to manage work progress, to set up work tasking sequencing from start to finish, to use as a bookmark in the latest novel, reminders to do something on a calendar day, "spit-balling" ideas to help solve work problems or situations, keeping track of finances on projects for work or personal, maintain lists of Christmas cards and gifts and many, many other uses. I prefer the yellow pads as they are readily identifiable as to what they are and after use, they can be recycled or discarded. When my supply runs low, I make a Post-It to get more!!
