Works as promised. I have used it on potatoes with the medium disk and for hardboiled eggs with the large disk (for egg salad). Easy to clean. Only minor complaint is that I have to be pretty careful about securing the disk when I reload. The disk has a tendency to stick to the potatoes and pull up on one side. Just have to make sure it is firmly reseated before reloading.

Has been designed correctly, for ease of use, by a person with average size hands .Has some weight, and so seems like a sturdilybuilt ricer. Bought this to make gnocchi. I tried different amounts of potato cubes and always had potato I needed to scrape into a bigger pile to push through. The disc would pull up when I lifted the handle to scrape potato up and add a few more cubes to rice. Wasn't much of a time saver, but the gnocchi turned out good.

My wife has wanted one of these forever! She's so thrilled and it works Great!I like my mashed potatoes a little chunky so the more coarse nest worked best
