Liked that it was easy to use. It is made to sit on both sides of the pan or bowl while in use. I made the smoothest mashed potatoes.Great for hash browns. I even did sweet potatoes.Easy to clean. Love it!!

The product is strong. It is not easy to use. The interchangeable plate constantly pulls out after pressing the potatoes through. The result is great, but this flaw makes it extremely annoying to use regularly. I will look into one that does not have interchangeable plates.

The tool is not easy to use and the bottom plate where the potato gets mashed lifts up with the top part of the masher. It's hard to explain but it is not good to use it you're trying to save time, this tool takes forever to use. You have to separate the mashing plates before adding another potato into the mashing cup.

Only slightly over one cup! I don't understand how they call it 15oz when it's just barely larger than one cup measuring cup!?
