After 2 years we like it enough to buy a second one and now use both daily. The filter is fine enough to not allow grounds to pass through (no sludge at the bottom of the cup) and it is cleaned easily. It also is sturdy so it is not deformed after tapping to remove the spent grounds. The rubber finger tab is, however, easily detached and lost. Overall, a great purchase.

I have used pour over coffee makers for many years. There are the plastic ones which work okay, but require filters, and don't fit the wide variety of coffee mugs available these days. Also, I had to drill extra holes in mine to make it work properly. And...they are plastic. There are the ceramic ones which also require filters, and are relatively heavy and fragile. This pour over coffee maker doesn't require filters (although I think you could use them), is light weight (for travel if wanted), fits all the different size cups I have used, is durable, looks good, and appears to be high quality. It also happens to be at a reasonable price. With all this in mind, it is easily the best pour over coffee maker I have ever used, or even seen. I got mine in titanium black.

I had a single asrve pour over filter with a glass outer part... I ended breaking the glass part.I was looking for a filter that wouldn't break easily, cheap and work well. This is it! Works great, easy to clean. I recommend it.

Bought this a few years ago and have used it almost every day since. Super great for individual coffee making. After using it for a while it does get slower, really just coffee grounds getting stuck in the holes which is hard to clean out

Easy to use, easy to clean. Don't have to have a big, electric coffeemaker that has plastic and is hard to keep clean, and can grow mold. This is a clean, quick way to make coffee.

No plastic! Filters well and quickly. Good on a coffee cup or glass pot. Clean after use, best to not let grinds sit to dry.

Hurray to no more paper filters. This thing works great and is a pretty copper color. My only complaint is that the rubber handle falls off easily. Other than that, it’s perfect for my coffee routine.*Update after 2 months of everyday use: The filter clogs up and it now takes over 30 minutes to get one pour, rendering it useless. I tried using a vinegar solution but nothing helps!

It works perfectly well as described. Now I don't need to use filter paper or to use my french press. The little black rubber cover for the handle comes off every time I wash. It fact it doesn't really serve any protection from heat because the filter is not hot to touch at all. I removed it.
