How to make coffee?

1. Ground coffee beans: medium ground coffee

2. Boil hot water: Golden ratio: about 1:10 to 1:16 (coffee powder: water). Water temperature: 185℉-203℉

3. Preheating: Wet the filter paper with hot water until completely soaked. Pour out the hot water in the lower pot after preheating.

4. Water injection and steaming: Inject hot water until the coffee grounds are completely soaked. Wait for about 20 to 40 seconds, and continue injecting water after the gas in the coffee powder is completely released.

Such an adorable little coffee maker set! It came with 100 #2 coffee filters! I love pour over coffee makers! This one is precious! It's functionality is excellent and fun! We recently took a vacation to Panama and had the best coffee ever. The barista made the coffee in 1 or 2 cup batches using a simular size glass coffee maker. We thought we would try it at home and now use it several times a day. Great tasting coffee comes from a great coffee maker and this pour over makes great coffee.

I like different options for making my coffee. Pour over is a new option for me and I like it. This set is cute and works fine. My only real issue is that it seems identical to others that are much less expensive. I don't see why this one is nearly double to price of others.

This is a great pour over coffee maker kit. The bottom kettle seems to be made well and I appreciate the borosilicate glass. The walnut handle to hold the Borosilicate glass filter holder is also really nice. It is made well and looks pretty too. I appreciate the effort to minimalize the amount that the silicone comes in contact with the liquid. I really like that there is a glass cap with an opening for a spout so that the liquid is safe (I have multiple curious cats) and helps keep it warm. If you're a coffee aficionado or an occasional drinker this is a great contraception to have.
