I use larger version to sample bulk grain, but lacked a consistent way to sample ingredients received or products produced in smaller packages. This probe is pefect for sampling those small to mid sized packages. such as 10-50 lb bags.Stainless still should make keeping sanitary easy. Works as it should. Relatively lighrt weight but I believe the construction is adequate for the tasks it will perform.
