Your cart is empty. Our powdered floatant and desiccant was designed with special and unique materials and compliments our Gel and Liquid floatants. Eventually your flies will become water logged or slimed by a great fish. This product is terrific for those fly fishers that prefer a shake and dry floatant but can also be used to revive that drowned fly and then refloated with our Gel or Liquid Floatants.
Our field and lab tests show it to be the best performing floatant available and it is not flammable and it contains no organic solvents 100 solids and is environmentally friendly. The floatant is delivered in a High Density Polyethylene HDPE bottle with a Flip Top Cap allowing the fly fisher minimum distraction when applying floatants.
The wide opening allows even your largest bugs to be dropped into the container. Additionally we have included blue indicator crystals. These crystals will turn red when the desiccant component has absorbed its maximum moisture and will no longer dry your flies. A full 30 grams of pure desiccant and floatant is provided in a 2.5 oz container.

This stuff is great. Saves a lot of time by not needing to change flies as often. Just drop it in and shake a few times and it’s dry.

I added this to my fly fishing vest to complement my other flotants.This actually worked well for the flys I was testing. Mostly orange sulphide and parachute adams flys.The fly pictured (circled in red) was SOAKED after getting snagged underwater and on weeds etc.I dunked it into the container, shook it, took the fly out then shook it off. It’s very simple stuff to use.This took frustration out of having to deal with wet flys etc. anything that makes a day on the water more fun is something I’m all about!I’m very happy with my purchase and will pick more up when I need it!

Best dry fly floatant I've used and trust me I have used them all including loon. Just wish the container was less wide so it could fit in holders better. They really need to make it a little less wide.

this works as well if not slightly better than the shimazaki dry shake. And at 25% less cost for 20% more by weight, this is a really good deal.

It works on dry flies but only briefly... another product with the initials FF (hydrophobic fumed silica- don't inhale it) floats flies higher for a bit longer though nothing is perfect. This from a hard core tailwater dry fly guy usually tossing #22's.
