Installation was a breeze, done in 30 min or less. The Wyze Floodlight V2 comes with a mounting bracket that attaches perfectly to this mount.I ran the cable behind the unit through a small hole to plug into my ceiling outlet where my garage door opener is plugged in, and it worked great. Only minor issue I had was that the grounding wire feathers out and barely attaches to the ground screw if using a normal J shape. I had to strip off more wire casing and really wrap the wire around the screw in order to really smash it down tightly without feathering out.

This power cable and plug-in mount is exactly what I needed for my Floodlight Cam. The 20ft weatherproof cable gives plenty of length to position the camera where I want it, and the mount feels sturdy and well-made. Works great and at a fair price price it sold for was online with other sellers. Used this to add a Modern Style LED Spotlight On a my really old house that came with only one spotlight originally. Has a nice long 20 Foot Cord with a Grounded Plug.

I was kind of skeptical about this product but bought it anyways. Turned out to be a great buy. I didn't really want to drill holes and run wire for a light on the side of my house and this allowed me to avoid that.

This product worked perfectly for my application which was to install a hardwired floodlight above my garage door. There was no wiring available in that location, but with this product, I was able to easily wire the cord to the mounting box and floodlight, and then use an outlet in my garage to power the floodlight.I’m very pleased with the process of installing the product and the operation is perfect.

Installation was a breeze for me. The length came slightly short for my need. The picture shown is bit deceptive as far as cord length is concerned. Otherwise, I was able to install the Ring Floodlight cam at a location where there were otherwise no power source available.

This plug in cord works well. My outlet in the garage is about 4 feet inside and away from the garage door. Still plenty of slack left. ðŸ‘. The generation 1 camera base screws aren’t long enough. You will need to use the new plastic base that comes with the cord. Happy that I purchase this cord assy.
