Super sturdy but order a size down if you want a tight fit. Love these as extra support for knees when skating

This POWER GUIDANCE Knee Brace for either women or men (2 pk) is very thick and seems supportive. It is quite tight though, so possibly they run a bit small sized, or I may need to size one up. Still going to try to work out with them though and see how they do. I think they are very good knee braces.

The Power Guidance Knee Brace is made of a good quality material. That’s the first thing you notice when you pull the set of two from their pouch. I ordered a medium based on the other reviews on sizing, but the tag on the inside of the ones I received was “XL.†Even being an “XL,†you still have to tug a little to get them on, so they run small… a little too small.I found that the brace does offer a bit of stabilizing support to your knee, but unfortunately, the brace doesn’t stay in place and crawls down from your knee causing you to continually have to pull it up. This was annoying.The Seller should do a better job of either sending the correct size that’s ordered, or ensuring that the sizing is more accurate.

I'm 40 and my one knee occasionally pops near the joint, so my doctor suggested a knee brace/sleeve to keep my knee in place when I'm doing my Jane Fonda aerobics several days a week. The size chart for this is extremely strange, as a 5'6" woman who weighs 115 pounds, how would I need an XL? Anyway, this is hard to slide up over your knee and thigh. It made my thigh look like a muffin top and it squeezed so much it was uncomfortable.It was super tight at the top, but loose in the knee area that it was supposed to be holding in place. It doesn't make sense how it's constructed. It actually left a mark on my thigh. I tried to do aerobics in this and it did nothing for my knee, but made it uncomfortable for me to do leg lifts, squats, dance routines. It's just not functional for me and I can't use it.

Have used few other products from POWER GUIDANCE brand and have always been happy , so when I saw these Knee Braces ordered them right away . Unfortunately not as impressed this time.These braces seem to be very well constructed and super nice finishing all high quality materials (seems like neoprene little rougher not sure ) but its a good material. Stitching was nice too. Product description did not provide much info when i ordered.My main concern is fit & sizing . Per sizing chart and instructions ordered medium but it was huge.Reached out customer service and like great brands , Power Guidance did not disappoint at all. They were very approachable and ready to help so promptly got a smaller size ( extra star for that) .But unfortunately even smaller size felt pretty roomy fit even on my tracks (see images). I have used similar products from other brands so surely felt sizing is somewhat off and did not felt enough support and stability.Materials made my joints warm when I used which is indicator of material quality. I wish sizing would have been better. Unfortunately for me it was not the best fit but I am sure if you have bigger knees this would work great.

I recently bought it and have been using it for a few weeks now. First off, it’s surprisingly comfortable considering how snug it is, which is something I really appreciate. The material feels durable, and the stitching seems solid so far. It provides excellent support during workouts, especially when I'm doing squats or lunges. I’ve tried a few other knee sleeves before, but it stands out in terms of comfort and compression. I was worried about how it would fit, but it has a nice stretch, making it easy to get on and off without feeling too tight, even during longer sessions. It really helps in alleviating the pressure around my knees, and I’ve noticed less soreness post-workout. It doesn't slip down while exercising, which is a big plus because I've had sleeves that would constantly need adjusting. After using it for a while, I can confidently say it’s great for joint protection, especially during high-intensity activities. The fact that it comes in a 2-pack is a bonus too, as I can rotate between both of them. The size chart was pretty accurate, and I would recommend measuring your knee to make sure you get the best fit. One thing to note is that it might feel a little warm after long periods, so you might want to take it off between workouts. Also, while it gives great support, if you have a severe knee injury, this might not be enough for heavy-duty rehabilitation. But for general fitness, it works wonders. It’s definitely a must-have for anyone looking to improve joint stability without spending a ton of money on high-end braces.

Pros:- Very semi-thick durable neoprene type material- Nice stitchingCons:- So I see another review indicating that it's a little too big but I ordered a Medium and I would say it a little too snug. I'm about 6' and 185 lbs with fairly average size knees...

These knee brace are made of good quality materials. They are soft with built in flex and durable. However, the sizing is off and there is no adjustability. Its on sleeve with some stretch to it. I got the medium based on my measurements and its just too tight. There is not much room to loosen or tighten since its just one solid sleeve, no straps or cut outs. I can fit it over my knee but can already tell that the edges is digging into my skin. On top of that, due to the lack of adjustability, it is limited to a few sports, such as weight lifting. Anything else, such as running, this knee brace is not a good fit. It just doesnt secure well.Unfortunately, all of this issue prevents me from using this knee brace.
