I was so excited that we were able to replace this at home without having to go to the mechanic. However, after about 3 to 4 weeks it stopped working i’m not sure if mine was just faulty, or if this is a recurring issue. Unfortunately, for as we will have to buy another one elsewhere.

It was exactly what I needed. As soon as I plugged it in, the hatch started working again. If you have an SRX with a non functional rear hatch, try this FIRST. They're notorious for this, water finds it's way into this, and corrodes it.
