Design Online with 5 Different Lettering Options and 18 Colors
- Choose your favorite color. Lettering color options: white, black, royal blue, dark navy blue, scarlet red, athletic gold, dark green, kelly green, maroon, orange, shark teal, grey, pink, purple, Columbia blue, old gold, Vegas gold and Texas orange
- Select your choice of fonts. Problock is the default font for football jerseys, baseball script and varsity are default for baseball jerseys and US Team is the default for Soccer jerseys.
- Check that you have entered the correct spelling, grammar, punctuation and case. Problock is always all caps. The other fonts are case sensitive.
- Custom garments require additional processing time.
Measure Around Chest
For best fit, take an actual chest measurement. With arms relaxed at sides, measure around the widest part of the chest at the armpits. keeping tape measure parallel to the floor. This is the chest Measurement.

How to Ensure a Proper Fit
Measure Flat
If you don’t have a fabric tape measure or can’t do a chest measurement, if it’s a gift for example do the following;
- take a similar style garment that you know fits the person - i.e. t-shirt and lay it on a flat surface.
- Measure across the back just below the armpits.
- Then double it. If it measures 18” then that would be a 36” chest.
- Youth Small 36-38" Chest, Length 24"
- Youth Medium 39-40" Chest, Length 25"
- Youth Large 41-42" Chest, Length 26"
- Youth X-Large 43-44" Chest, Length 28"

When I saw I could make a custom jersey I wasted no time. The fit on the jersey is a little small considering its supposed to be able to support pads. If it were not for practice and wearing over pads the fit would be just slightly loose for its size and for every day wear.The fabric is stitched together pretty well and I found no flaws with it. Would have liked a little bit thicker material BUT for the price paid its a very good quality fabric, and the stitching does seem strong enough to stand up to actual practice use.The lettering is screen printed onto the jersey fairly well. Could have been a tad bit thicker coat but still pleased with it as is.The ONLY disappointment I had with this jersey is that when ordering I did not realize that by request I could have also gotten old English font. Would have really made my team name of "Villains" pop more and look more fitting than with US team or varsity block lettering. Oh well, first world problem on top of my own lack of paying attention.The shipment also came a day early so completely satisfied there.So I am very happy with the purchase and I cannot even begin to describe how pleased I am to have myself on a Jersey as a definite villain if there ever was one.

This is actual hockey shirt. I normally wear an xl so I got this in xl. It is too big for me as an everyday shirt because I am dumb and didnt know how to account for pad size. If you are going to wear this for fashion instead of utility, I would recommend getting one size down. Even too big, its a great purchase!
