It’s a bit pricey, but the ability to perform easy parasitic draw test and supply smart power to keep user settings when doing a battery change makes it a must have in any toolbox!

I have not used it yet but item was shipped without any damage to the packaging. It was sealed and definitely brand new. I just completely charged it and I am waiting for an opportunity to actually use it if the need arises. Hopefully, it will be as useful and effective as reviewers posted on the item. For me, just maintaining power for car computer while changing battery is good enough. I recently replaced an alternator on a Camry and upgraded my infotainment with backup camera on a Sienna. If I experience a power draw abnormality then with this device, hopefully, I can identify the problem source and do the fix.

Garbage. Brand new out of the box did not work. Battery will not hold a charge. Seller shipped it in its own packaging, not even in a shipping container. No packing material or anything. I will buy another one, but not from Amazon seller, I will buy it direct from Power probe.

A lot less clumsy then using a traditional meter to test for draws. Nice compact design when using as a keep alive.

For mechanics this is a must have tool works great. I was using a regular multimeter before but there was always power interruption and everything time I would hook up my meter it would burn the 10a fuse because of the high spike. The PPDRAW is perfect there is no power interruption and no risk of damaging my multimeter.
