I have used this line in saltwater only and its line quality is holding up good and is a good value for money. The sensitivity is nice and smooth and very easy to use just like any other line. Would recommend to others as this is a great brand that I run on all of my reels. Take care of your line and reels and you will be good. 5 stars will buy again

I purchased the PowerProPower Pro SSV2 30 Lb 150 Yd Moss Green braided line. I use this on my Shimano Scorpion DC baitcaster with Fluorocarbon leaders in 20# to 15# from think cover to none. It works great in all conditions and flies through the eyes with ease providing far casting.The only down side to the line is that the color fades quickly. It faded to a very, very pale green on the first day with 3/4s of the line on my spool all over my fingers, reel and pole. I do not see degrading because of this, but find it shocking for such quality line. This would not prevent me from buying it again.

I’ve tried few other super lines but this has always worked well. However, I’m finding that it doesn’t last forever and I have begun to see some line twisting and wind knots occurring between the ferrels of my spinning rods. It might be super but it does wear. Turning the line around on the spool not only corrects the problem but also restores the brightness of my yellow line. Spool the line off one reel to another. I won’t buy any other line.

I was a firm believer in spider wire for decades but after a friends suggestion, I got some of this to try. It’s a bit more pricey, but I can definitely feel the difference. After a year of solid use, there is a noticeable difference on wear but not as much as spider wire. I think I’m a new convert!
