Packaging Issues: Unfortunately, the packaging left much to be desired. When I received the package, it was noticeably damaged, and the brake pads looked like they had been used. While this could have been due to rough handling during delivery, it was still disappointing to see. It made me uncertain about whether the pads were actually new or not.
