This is a lightweight, but very functional power tower. I am 200 lbs and I can use this with confidence. Assembly was easy anad the instructions were complete and easy to follow. Everything is well made and I haven't found any problems with it. I would call this a light to medium weight tower. I have had bigger and stronger ones, but they also cost a lot more than this. Overall, I am happy with it and I can see it holding up for a long time.

I like this rack as it offers flexibility and versatility in a reasonably compact footprint. I am using it for core work, dips, and pull-ups. The handles are comfortable and fit my hand well. The core backrest and armrests are padded yet firm. The dip station is high enough to let you use a weight belt with a chain. During my workout, I never felt that the station was unstable or wobbly. That being said, I do have a few minor issues. First, the backrest feels a little low to me. I'm 5' 9", and I do not have to stand on the bottom bracket to get into position. With my feet on the ground, I barely have to hop up to get where I need to be. If you're taller than 6', it might feel low and you would hit your feet on the ground when you extend them down. My other issue is that they say this also has a squat rack. Do not, I repeat, do not try to use the back hooks for squatting. They are about 3' off the ground, too small for an Olympic bar, have multiple bump-outs that would catch you as you tried to rack the bar, and did I mention the hooks are 3' off the ground? Those hooks are great for holding my resistance bands and belt. That's all they can handle, and I am positive that's why they are there. Whoever wrote the copy and put in a picture of someone using it as a squat rack has never performed a squat.
