So this product is very nice specially if you want a pull up bar that doesn't take much space is wide enough to have a grown adult. But like I said measure your self with yours arms in the air. you hang from the bar not stand. Great for dips good for pull ups.ProsCompact for a small area.Stands strongCan use bands to help you do pull upsYou can upgrade this bar If you know how to do welding and craft w/ metalYou can attach this to a hard floor if you so much want to but you gonna have to drill it in place and get more hardware. Don't try this If you got no knowledge of this. There is a lot of possibilities with this product if you have the knowledge for it.ConsNot steady enough with the hardware they provideHave to buy own hardware with bigger washers and lock washer or locknut. Not as tall as you think really do your measurements before buying. But like I said in the pros part " if you a welder nothing you can't fix with a longer box bar plasma heater and a drill "You may need to use your own tools. tools provided strip easy and strip bolts easy tooThe hardware provided here keeps it in place but with time it will come loose once upgraded to your own hardware is a lot more steady and safe.Hope this helps someone

Seems good for what it is. Sturdy enough to do the job. As noted, you’ll need to add weight to the bottom if you’re going to use the resistance bands. Also, setup instructions weren’t the clearest regarding some of the washers but I figured it out. Worth the money I spent.

Pros: fairly easy to assemble and seems stable enough (I’m 160lb and was careful not to swing my weight when working out). Pretty good value.Cons: there are two resistance bands that are worthless as best and very dangerous at worst. Snapped within 5 minutes and I think I’m lucky I got off with just a bruised knuckle. It’s adjustable so you can shorten it to get more tension or reduce how far you have to pull it to get some tension on it. But I had to shorten it as much as it could in order to get enough tension for an actual workout (it was probably about 30lb of force that I got up to before it snapped and launched into my hand)Both bands have a part of the rope where they get skinny (see attached picture)There’s a product photo of a girl with a “before†and “after†with info about weighing the stand down - there’s no way that girl is getting more than a few pounds of force on those bands at that distance and with that band length - it’s a deceptive photo. There are also two handles that don’t have bands, I’m not sure what they’re used for - maybe if you want to hang from a handle instead of a bar?

This thing is awesome. I wish I had bought this a long time ago. It is compact it does not take up a large footprint. I am a shorter person and this works wonderfully for me. I have hung my music boxing from it. My TRX from it. I have also added bicep tricep attachments to use with bands. It handles them all.The only downside is the plastic covers on the ends. I took them off and wrapped the ends with tennis racket wraps. It’s a personal preference and I love it.Definitely recommend this purchase.

Went together in 20 min (tools included).Solid build. Additional tension bands, plus a pullup band assistant gives a "mini gym in the corner" feel. . Money well spent . For reference, I'm 6'1 225lbs and it holds my weight nice.

It's good, seems a little flimsy, but it holds my 240 pounds, it wobbles a tad, and the image illustrated isn't accurate, it shows a much robust one, almost like a miniature model, and the superimposed the model onto the shot. But for the price, and once assembled, it's fairly good quality, going to have to anchor it on the sides so it won't wobble anyone.
