Just watched a youtube video on how to replace it and it was no problem. Make sure you unscrew that clamp on the window enough that it will slide. I did not realize there is nub for alignment, and it won't slide unless you undo the nut more. Other than that it was easy and works great....

Once you have the door panel off just tape the window so it stays up, then pull three bolts and remove the old motor (you have to reach into the door and pull from inside). Reverse that process to put the new one on and your done. This was the first time I’d done it and I spent longer looking for a video to show me than I did actually doing the work.Window motor works great and seems to have solved the problems I had with the old motor.

So I purchased this as a replacement to the countless other mugs that seem to 'keep breaking'. Despite the cracked plastic lid (I bought this as my main coffee mug and don't really need the lid) THIS MUG IS AWESOME. As I love to sip my coffee this keeps the coffee super hot for a long time. Some 'thermal' mugs you can feel the heat coming through the sides....not on this one...stays cool. Nicely done! - KD
