***UPDATE: The seller quickly contacted me to address my issues with this Robo Fun Unicorn. Let me tell you, this seller is passionate about their customer service and appreciate every idea! They sent a brand new unicorn out to me not even a week after my original review which stated the issues I was having with the remote. While the remote itself could be better, the new unicorn and remote they sent me controls both the old unicorn and the new one! (At the same time, in case anyone with two girls was wondering about purchasing two; I am unsure if theres a way to change the frequency at which the remotes work to be controlled separately.) Either way, this toy is AMAZING and SO MUCH FUN. PLUS ITS SO AFFORDABLE! Your child (or any child) will love this as a gift, no matter their age. I am so glad there are sellers on Amazon that actually stand behind their products, regardless of when a review is posted or when a problem presents itself. I've had pretty bad luck with other purchases on here, luckily this seller made my daughter and I completely satisfied. 😃â¤Original Rating: 3 starsI bought this for my 5 y/o daughter's Christmas present. She wanted one of those name-brand robot unicorns that don't do anything except make noise. I was SO excited when I found this, and the reviews were pretty mixed so I thought it would be worth a shot.She loves this thing, but when it arrived I knew I was gonna test it out but I also had to do something with the messy hair of the mane, it was literally the worst boxed-presentation of a toy that I've ever seen. I didn't take a picture of that, but as you can see I braided it which wasn't hard. It came with a charger that plugs into the mouth, where the "treats" also plug into. The treats have photos of commands on them, and if you click the horn on the unicorn it has three modes- 1) follow/remote 2) obstacle 3) treats/command.I REALLY wish it had a better remote.So this unicorn has a dance button on the remote that is pretty cool, basically the only function of the remote that works all the time. The light on the top part doesnt even glow like it should, just the one random button like shown in the photos. The buttons are extremely hard to press, and most of the time they get stuck on the inside. The remote was the whole reason I got this.I dont know if I just got a crappy remote or if everybody has the same issues, but its still a pretty cool toy. In the first mode it will follow your hand, in the second mode it will dodge things in the way (kinda) and the third mode you make it do certain things in order, but the treats are pretty difficult for my child to get into the slot of the mouth. It seems fragile like if she doesnt line it up perfectly it will break.

Super cute! I would have given it 5 stars but the remote was a bit difficult for my grandchild to master. It's a great toy tho. I highly recommend!

Updated since my original review:The seller/company was beyond exceptional in reaching out to me to make amends for my experience with the puppy. I recieved a full refund once I sent it back, and was offered a different toy/product from their store at no additional cost. Not to mention how I don't check my Amazon messages ever so it's been several months since I returned the puppy yet I got multiple messages from the company determined to send complimentary toy of my choice. When I responded with what I wanted, they even suggested I take a more updated batch that was priced more than the one I had chosen. So the original toy may have been a disappointment, but that matters not because the store more than made up for it with their resolve to make sure I was satisfied, my expectations were certainly exceeded.Original review of the puppy:Everything came with the product and it all worked fine, however, there are several kinks that should be wired out. One, it barks way too much. It can "run" forward, "walk" forward, lunge forward, sit, sit up, stand on it's hind legs, stand on hind legs while it turns, and it'll dance, but there's only one song that it dances to. It has bones that you can program to do a series of those same tricks, which you can also do with the remote, but it only stays programmed to do the set of tricks once so having more than one or two bones is unnecessary and the hassle of programming him to do it isn't worth it when you only get the same old tricks anyway. The wheels get caught on stuff or get clogged easily on hard floors, especially if you have other actual pets that shed hair. It doesn't work very well or quickly on carpet, stairs are a no as well since it can't climb and/or would probably fall down them. There are three modes: one being that it works with the remote (works fine but has a very short range, like a few feet and with nothing blocking the puppy from the red light on the remote), the second mode is supposed to be motion sensing and that works something awful. (Any motion makes it lunge at you barking, it doesn't give you the chance to actually make any specific motions, and when you do it has to be literally right in front of it's face), the third mode is supposed to make it so the puppy navigates it's way around the house, avoiding anything it sees with it's sensors, HOWEVER, it doesn't see anything above, nor below, it's eye level, nor can it tell when it's running into something it can't see. So basically, it still attempts to walk even when it can't and you hear all the gears and stuff still trying to force it and making that *whirring* sound that doesn't sound healthy for it at all.Do you know how many items are specifically 5in off the ground in my house? And apparently, walls don't fall in the category of what it can see either...

We bought this for Christmas and unfortunately it didn’t work. I reached out to the company and told them what the issue was. We did some trouble shooting nothing worked. They company made it right and sent us a new one and it’s in working order . It’s been on most of the day while the kiddo plays with it. Thanks for all the help I would recommend them to anyone.

am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The product delivered was of poor quality, and to make matters worse, the remote and other essential accessories were missing. I immediately placed a return and replacement request, but there has been no response. Although my replacement order was accepted, no action has been taken yet.This is a major oversight and unacceptable service. I request an immediate resolution, either through a proper replacement with all accessories or a full refund. Please address this issue at the earliest.Looking forward to your prompt response.

It' was a gift, so I only can say they are enjoying the toy. The only thing I was told was It was hard to find how to activate the toy. Apparently they couldn't find that information.
