This is exactly what one needs to extend the life of the rugged radio. My family does a lot of off-road activities and these batteries extend the time while we are out. It gives me comfort when my children have a set.

This is not a Baofeng product and the color does not match the Baofeng Blue UV-5R+ radios and also did not latch on my radios :(too bad, because I really wanted to have matching blue extended batteries..I will be returning these..
