My wife and I LOVE this. Our old immersion blender finally kicked the bucket after 6 years of using it. We decided to try this one out because the reviews were great. This blender is STRONG! It works very well on each setting and blends up what we need quickly. It also blends foods up thoroughly. We made a soup the other day and it made light work of beans and vegetables. The soup turned out very creamy without using cream. It is also an excellent value. It fits nicely in our kitchen drawer and is very easy to clean. We would definitely buy this again.

Updated today February 4, 2025 I am now giving this blender a well deserved 4 stars. The high speed operation as described in my original review below still applies, however, this blender has enough power at the low speed selection that the blade spins at a slow enough speed that the flat disc effect is no longer apparent. The lower speed allows the 4 point blade to chop up the food and blend it without being subject to the push-back effect of a high spinning blade. So now I use the low speed selection for almost all my food blending. Therefore, I shall be giving a new recommended rating.My old review: Normally In would give this hand blender 3 or 4 stars because it operated very well based on the good quality of the construction of the product. But what I did not realize was that the design of the blade has created a big problem. The blender blade is a cross which makes it a 4 point blade (not the same as shown in the supplied videos) rather than the more common 2 point straight blade. This means that when spinning at a high speed it appears like at flat solid plate rather than a blade that will cut and mix the food. Therefore it produces some unwanted resistance to being pushed down into the food container. This why I am just giving this blender one star.

I’ve had this for over a year. Admittedly, I don’t ask a whole lot of it, as the smoothies I make don’t have many frozen ingredients. I think I paid like $13 for it. For what I paid, I got a great deal and good little daily workhorse.

This is my first immersion blender. I like how easy it is to assemble and clean. It blends soups well.

Two complaints are that the cord is just a little too short (6-8 more inches would have been great) and to release the mixer stick part you have to push two buttons (one on each side) and it doesn’t release smoothly. Works well enough for my needs, which is mostly smoothies. Quality is so-so but for the price point I can’t complain.

My 15-year-old immersion blender died, and I wanted a replacement, so I got this one. I am so impressed with this little guy - I literally use it in place of a hand blender, a hand mixer, and a food processor (chopping/shredding everything). It's very powerful and easy to clean. My food processor looks at me with sad eyes every time I use this guy. I regularly use it for making shredded hard cheese, dips, guacamole, and small batches of soup. When you are cooking for one - the bigger appliances are a pain to clean... this little guy is made for us small-time cooks and easy to clean and switch between attachments.

Can't go wrong for the price. This thing is great. Love the two speeds, the mixing cup and chopper attachment. Really good for everyday home use.

I just cooked home made tomato soup the other day and used this at the end. Worked great and quite powerful. Pleased with product.
