Ordered this unit because the 16" discbelt combos are almost impossible to find, now, 16" being the first choice of the Lab Manager who this was ordered for. Performance and quality are on par with the price; giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of price shift between time of locating this unit, and when approval was given from corporate to make the purchase; AND because of conflicting info between the containerdocumentation and the drive motor serial plate. BUT...the unit wired up and worked successfully. We use it exclusively on metal, if that tells you anything - stainless and alloy steels.
